About the accommodation

The approx. 140 m² non-smoking maisonette apartment no. 18G“Clevner” is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It is a combined apartment consisting of our adjoining holiday apartments No. 18 and No. 19, which can be connected via an internal door.

The apartment features three separate bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Generous storage space is also available, including a large wardrobe.

The bright and open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa as well as a TV with cable connection. The apartment has two fully equipped kitchens. There is ample seating both in the dining area and on the huge balcony, making both spaces ideal for enjoying meals together.

There are two bathrooms as well as an additional separate shower room. The apartment therefore offers 1 bathtub, 2 separate showers and a separate guest toilet. A washing machine is also available for guests to use.

Further important information

• Public parking spaces are located directly in front of the building and can be used free of charge, subject to availability.
• Please note that arrival after 8:00 pm is possible, but not recommended.
• The apartment is not wheelchair accessible and is therefore unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.
• Access to the entrance hall is via several steps. The apartment on the 2nd floor can only be reached via the staircase.
